Following the acquisition Rainmaker will launch a new service designpractice, uniquely providing senior leaders with the capability to apply behavioural science and design thinking to drive business transformation. Behave’s CEO and founder, Thomas Cornwall, joins Rainmaker in a new role as Head of Service Design.
Founded in 2014, Behave helps FTSE 100 companies and leading brands turn behavioural understanding into a competitive advantage. It takes an evidence-based approach to help organisations unlock growth, improve customer experiences and drive sustainable business change.
Behave is the second acquisition for Rainmaker since receiving funding from Funding Circle in 2016. In March 2017, Rainmaker acquired the resourcing hub, a UK-based technology and business resourcing company.
