Rainmaker Solutions has acquired Behave, a London-based behavioural insights and innovation company.
Following the acquisition Rainmaker will launch a new service designpractice, uniquely providing senior leaders with the capability to apply behavioural science and design thinking to drive business transformation. Behave’s CEO and founder, Thomas Cornwall, joins Rainmaker in a new role as Head of Service Design.
Founded in 2014, Behave helps FTSE 100 companies and leading brands turn behavioural understanding into a competitive advantage. It takes an evidence-based approach to help organisations unlock growth, improve customer experiences and drive sustainable business change.
Behave is the second acquisition for Rainmaker since receiving funding from Funding Circle in 2016. In March 2017, Rainmaker acquired the resourcing hub, a UK-based technology and business resourcing company.
Jan Joubert, CEO of Rainmaker Solutions, said: Right now, every CEO is struggling to work out what their business will look like in 5–10 years’ time. To do this, they’ll need to understand how to move customers and people to action. That’s why Behave is the perfect acquisition for Rainmaker. Now our new service design practice will provide the methodology and scientific rigour for CEOs to drive digital business transformation.
