The challenge
Recognising the need to change to stay competitive, TMF Group were looking to seize the opportunity and transform their business for the digital age.
As part of this they knew they needed to modernise their IT infrastructure, freeing them from legacy technology and cutting costs, to allow them to reinvest in an ambitious growth programme to meet their 2020 objectives.

The work
Our team then guided TMF through our Transformation Planning process, uncovering the needs of the business, the clients and the market trends. We consulted with senior leaders globally, drawing out their goals, needs and challenges. We mapped their technical architecture to work out how to drive savings whilst also enabling innovation. We then analysed their current IT strategy and in-flight programmes in order to position the company for success.
The outcome revealed three priority focuses:
• improving mergers and acquisition integration
• enabling rapid product development
• reducing IT spend whilst making the customer and employee experience better
Our team then worked collaboratively with the business and IT, sponsored at C-suite level, to deliver these outcomes.
